I love Nina and it's what she's doing for my body that I am really obsessing over!
Pilates is good for every-body. If you are an avid runner or have literally never worked out a day in your life, then pilates would work for you. It's so good for your body. I leave my sessions feeling so limber and relaxed. It really is amazing. And I know it works because I am sore the next day in all the right spots. So I know the gentle movements are really working.
Pilates is to your body, like chocolate is to strawberries. It just makes it so much better!

Pilates is a method of physical and mental exercise involving stretches and breathing that focus on strengthening the abdominal core.
It really helps with building strength and stretching your muscles.
I have fallen in love with this and crave the nice peaceful workout that it is. But don't get me wrong, I love hard, super intense workouts too. But now I know it's good to mix things up and be gentle on your body sometimes!
